The operation instructions of the paint brush production equipment are as follows:

1. Connect the power supply correctly according to the rotation direction of the motor, and be sure to connect the ground wire safely and place it stably.

2. After the power is turned on, press the "green" button. The suction fan starts (that is, the dust exhaust fan works), the two inverters are powered at the same time, and the standby state is displayed, and the panel displays "0" at the same time. Press the "red" button. Stop working.

3. There are two positioning fixtures on the feeding table, which are positioned by the tip of the hair, that is, combing with a handle. This combing method can press tightly and the brush is not easy to be damaged. Another method is to use the iron shell to position the brush. This combing method puts the brush quickly, but the thickness of the brush head is not uniform, which is easy to damage the brush head, and at the same time, the pressure will also damage the brush head.

4. According to the thickness of the brush, adjust the lifting screws at both ends of the machine, so that the brush is pressed tightly and smoothly enters the engine room with the rubber chain, and the compression spring is in a stress state.

5. If there is too much waste hair in the rubber chain and sprocket tooth groove, it should be cleaned in time, otherwise the chain slips, the pressure is not tight, and the dislocation is easy to cause damage to the brush and damage to the rubber. At the same time, add some lubricating oil to the chain and sprocket. The gearbox oil is changed every 500 hours of operation. Change the oil within 1 week for the first time.

6. Operate the keys of the inverter according to the instruction manual of the inverter. After the inverter is electrified and displays "0", press the green key "RUN" of the inverter to start the operation and return to the last memory work, and press the red key to stop the inverter. The upper rotary button is for speed regulation. The voltage of the machine is low; the temperature of the motor is too high; the combing load is overloaded, etc., the inverter has a protective effect, and the specific settings and operation are according to the inverter manual.

7. When combing the bristle brush, the speed of the roller is generally medium, and the chain drive can be slightly faster. When combing the wool brush, the speed of the roller should be increased, and the chain drive should be slow; the speed of the wire brush roller should be slow. Specifically set according to the requirements.

8. The front end of the iron shell of the brush is 3-4mm smaller than the front end of the rubber. As long as the needle cannot hit the wooden strip inside the brush, the brush is not easy to be damaged.

9. Regularly check the air outlet of the fan and clean up the waste hair, otherwise the poor air exhaust will easily damage the motor.

10. When the roller is running, it is strictly forbidden to open the upper cover to work.

11. Do not operate the machine when there is lightning.
