You're wasting your life on "bargain brush", a good paint brush can solve 95% problem on your house painting project, believe me that the difference will shock you.
Three-inch brush is big enough to hold a lot of paint. Many people think it need to use a small brush when you want to cut a straight line, that is not ture, big brush actually works better. Hold more paint and mre stable. It provide better coverage too. Only use the tips of the brisitle when edging.Great for cutting in "thirsty " cornors. If all your uses is oil based paint, china natural bristle brush is the best choice. It will give the smoother laid out and doesn't have so much we called roping or brush stroke. But if use natural bristle brush in water based pain, it will be flimsy really fast and not perform like it's supposed to. Interior painting projects usually use water based paint,since it is environmentally friendly, safe and harmless to the body.

Cheap brushe is going to use cheap wood that is actually going to fall apart fast and not last very long. If the handle use the better wood (such as alder wood, which is very hard), it will not aborb a lot of water and stay dry, will last a long time.
